Shook Cleaning Services uses a powerful truck mounted vacuum that effectively removes dirt and grime from the carpet fibers. First we pre-treat your carpet with our proprietary cleaning solution in order to effectively break down the dirt and grime. Then we extract the pre-treated dirt from your carpet with hot steam, killing any bacteria or dust mites making sure any soapy residue that attracts dirt is not left behind. When your carpet dries (4-8 hours depending on the condition, wheather and type of carpet), it will feel soft and look clean. Shook Cleaning Services first uses a special grout cleaning solution that is left on for approximately 10 minutes in order to reach deep, down into the porous grout. The grout is then agitated in order to free the dirt and grime. Finally, a truck mounted machine is used to deliver up to 1,000 psi and over 200 degrees farhenheit of steam to ensure grime is destroyed and dirt removed.

Our process consists of a thorough inspection of your furniture. Then a dry vacuum is done in order to remove as much dust and dander as possible. Then a pre-treatment is applied in order to break down the dirt and rise it to the surface. After allowing the pre-treatment to work, we will then take a horse, hair brush in order to agitate the dirt even further. Finally, we will rinse and extract the pre-treatment.

For every window, our process consists of hand-scrubbing with our proprietary cleaner, removing with a squeegee to get your glass clear and streak free then wipe down all edges/frames for a spot-free, streak-free clean.

Over time, caulking begins to separate from the joints thus accumulating mold and depending on the variety, can be dangerous. Shook Cleaning Services can remove the caulking, neutralize the mold and apply new, waterproof, antimicrobial caulking that fights odor, mold and mildew.
